Begin by following these relaxation exercises and envision yourself accomplishing your goal. Take a deep breath and as you exhale close your eyes. Continue to breathe slowly and start to relax.

Pay attention to your body and be aware of the tense areas. Focus on sending deep relaxatrion to each individual area that you are aware of. With each breath, focus on relaxing further. As you exhale release the tension and let it exit your body. Give yourself permission to experience inner peace.

Begin to count slowly from 30 to 1, taking a full breath with each number and allow yourself to enter a deeper level of stillness. See your goal as completed and let it go and give thanks.

Allow yourself to reach a peaceful and quiet state so that you can reflect on the things you enjoy doing which bring you satisfaction, make you feel good and are life giving.

Choose one of these methods outlined below and use it during your relaxiation exercise. Ideally you should do it three or four times a week for about 30 minutes each time.

APPLICATION
